STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Signs are up for Cyprus Hall Social Haus in Dongan Hills. The new restaurant and bar comes to 1674 Richmond Road with a German-influenced menu.

“We will have kielbasa, bratwurst and hot Italian sausage,” said Carmine Gualtieri, co-owner of the 120-seat venture. On the lunch, weekend brunch and daily dinner menu, he envisions appetizers like loaded potato dumplings with brown butter, mushrooms, creme fraiche, bacon and chives. Entrees will include grilled pork chops with crispy fingerling potatoes and sauerkraut.
