CONCORD, NH — Shirley Ann Reynolds, born 1967, of Concord was cited at 12:13 a.m. on Aug. 16 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Marcus Andrew Da Cruz, 30, of Manchester was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Aug. 14 two felony controlled drug charges as well as transport drugs in a motor vehicle and operating with expired license-subsequent charges and a failure to dim lights violation after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Haille S. Hodgson, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Aug. 9 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at Alton Woods.

Aubrey Renee Lavigne, 22, of Pine Crest Circle in Concord was arrested at 10:19 p.m. on Aug. 12 on driving under the influence and felony possession of a controlled drug charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation. An officer spotted the driver of a Mercedes “speed out of a parking space” on South Main Street, swerve into the other lane of travel, cross the double yellow line, and nearly striking other vehicles, according to an affidavit. The vehicle was pulled over near the Kennedy Apartments. As the officer approached the vehicle, they “smelled an overwhelming odor of marijuana” coming from the vehicle. The driver, Lavigne, was accused of slurring her speech and being unintelligible. She was accused of failing field sobriety tests and arrested. During a search, the officer accused Lavigne of possessing Adderall without a prescription, and a felony charge was added.

Ryan C. Woods, 33, of North Spring Street in Concord was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Aug. 12 on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges and a possession of less than three-fourths of an ounce of marijuana violation. Concord police arrested Woods on a federal BATF warrant on a firearm theft warrant on June 25. During the arrest, an officer accused him of possessing fentanyl — and was bleeding from the arm, and applied for a search warrant of his Audi after it was seized. The officer accused Woods of having a bag of “works” as well as a spoon, cotton, and a scale containing crystal methamphetamine residue, marijuana, a bagging containing crystal meth, a glass cylinder with crystal meth, one clonazepam, various THC waxes, a small baggie of marijuana, a gallon size bag of marijuana weighing nearly a half-pound, and a small jar with crystal meth.

Christopher L. Levreault, born 1977, of Belmont was arrested at 10:48 a.m. on Aug. 12 on identity fraud and receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, charges after an incident at Rent-A-Center on Storrs Street.

Keith P. Butzien, 36, of Concord was arrested at 8:59 a.m. on Aug. 12 on a felony arson charge as well as reckless conduct, endangering the welfare of a child, and two simple assault charges after an incident on East Side Drive.

Nicole Alison Flood, 32, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Aug. 10 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, and a warrant.

Joshua Ryan Wilson, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a bench warrant after an incident at the TD Bank on North Main Street.

Shaun McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on Aug. 2 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Andrew J. Ludwig, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on Aug. 1 on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug and a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. Officers were sent to Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road for a shoplifter in the store. When they arrived, they saw an employee tackling a man to the ground outside in the parking lot, about 10 or 20 feet from the store entrance. The reporting officer recognized Ludwig “from prior contacts” and put him in handcuffs. The store manager accused him of placing items in his backpack and then exiting the store without paying for the items, a report said. The 11 items amounted to $90.41. Ludwig was then arrested. At police headquarters, officers accused him of possessing meth and alprazolam in his backpack.

Tasha C. Sergi, 31, of Fayette Street in Concord was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on July 29 on receiving stolen property, less than $1,000, and receiving stolen property, $1,001 to $1,500, charges. On June 11, police went to Presidential Oaks to investigate a stolen jewelry accusation involving an elderly resident missing rings. Four days later, the officer discovered another Presidential Oaks report involving a jewelry theft. Sergi, the officer noted, was a suspect in the case. The officer eyed an online database for jewelry and found a ring matching the description that was pawned by Sergi at Granite State Gold Buyers LLC on Manchester Street, an affidavit said. The officer confirmed the ring was the one in question and was pawned for $1,300. The officer spoke with human resources at the facility and confirmed Sergi was employed there in April and May, the report said. The second ring was also identified and valued at $150, according to the shop. A warrant was issued for Sergi’s arrest on July 22.

Sean Michael Dashnaw, 32, of Rumford Street in Concord was arrested at noon on July 27 on a felony receiving stolen property, $1,501+, charge as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, resisting arrest or detention, loitering or prowling, and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license charges. On May 13, officers were sent to South Main Street for a report of three men standing around a stolen Honda motorcycle. The owner said it was stolen on May 6 from the Steeplegate Mall parking lot. He posted a reward on Facebook, received a tip about it and how it had been painted black, and found the motorcycle. The owner said wires and lights had been torn off the motorcycle. As police arrived, the three men fled, an affidavit said. The officers chased one of the men but lost sight of him. Officers spoke to a resident who accused Dashnaw of stealing the motorcycle, the affidavit said. Dashnaw had a suspended license after a conviction in April 2015 out of Hooksett District Court and was convicted of not having a motorcycle endorsement in October 2021 in Hooksett District Court. Other witnesses confirmed Dashnaw was seen using the stolen motorcycle, according to the report.

Anthony Michael Pinard, 32, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on July 27 on driving under the influence, felony possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. An officer pulled over a Volvo without functioning rear license plate lights on Water Street. The vehicle was pulled over at the Speedway on Hall Street. Pinard was accused of smelling like alcohol, having a slow, slurred, and shaky voice, and having a suspended license. He was arrested later. During an inventory search, police accused Pinard of having a baggie of cocaine, a marijuana bowl smoking device, prescription pill bottles with marijuana, and a larger bag of marijuana.
